Man demands sex from brother's wife

A hapless 41 year old Binga widow has sought a protection order from the courts after her late hubby's brother is constantly demanding sex.
Rosemary Mbila lost her husband six months ago.
Now, her brother in law Thomas Mbila seven years younger than Rosemary and is a bachelor is demanding sex from her as per his tradition.
Binga magistrate Stephen Ndlovu was told by Rosemary that after her husband's death, Thomas started making sexual advances.
Thomas claimed that he would be exercising conjugal rights on behalf of her late brother, the court heard.
On his part, Thomas said Rosemary had agreed to remain as the family daughter in law, hence he thought that she was free to marry and male member.
Since he is a bachelor, he thought he was the right candidate to marry Rosemary. But she was not interested.
Fed up with Thomas advances she approached the courts for a protection order which she was granted.
