Increase in cases of rape on men by females

Zimbabwean police have expressed concern at the increase in cases of rape perpetrated by female rapists on their male counterpart.
Addressing a police pass-out parade in Ntabazinduna Training Depot, chief secretary to the President and Cabinet Misheck Sibanda said there has been a 29 percent increase in cases of rape on men by women.
"...it is disturbing to note that there is an upward trend in crimes of passion especially rape of juveniles which rose by 10 percent in 2011 against the 2010 figures and rape of adults which increased by 3 percent for the same period," said Sibanda.
"It is regrettable to note that during the same period, cases of aggravated indecent assault, especially those perpetrated by women increased from 356 recorded in 2010 to 461 in 2011 registering a 29 percent increase."
