The National Aids Council monitoring and evaluation officer for Matabeleland North Mthokozisi Moyo has blamed the decline in the number of community and home-based caregivers in Mat North on lack of incentives.
Moyo revealed that only 1 205 people volunteered for the programme last year compared to 3 469 who enrolled in 2010.
Moyo said this while addressing stakeholders during a meeting held at Mhlahlandlela government Complex in Bulawayo on Tuesday.
