A SEX starved Maboleni Primary School headmaster in Lower Gweru has been arraigned before the courts facing charges of indecent assault after trying to seduce the school clerk.
The man, Dudusa Enerst Sibindi, who is the head of Maboleni Primary School was arrested after forcefully fondling Ms Nomathemba Ndebele's breasts.
He pleaded not guilty to the charge when he appeared before Gweru magistrate Mr Tendai Madanhire and was remanded out of custody to 16 May.
The State represented by Ms Chipo Matshe seeks to prove that on 7 October 2012 Sibindi tasked the complainant who is a clerk to type in his office.
Ms Matshe said while in the office the accused was standing behind the complainant who was sitting on the chair.
The court heard that Sibindi started fondling the complainant's left breast which did not go well with her.
Ms Ndebele stopped Sibindi from misbehaving, the court heard. Ms Matshe said on the second occasion on 18 November Sibindi entered the bursar's office where the complainant was typing end of year examination papers.
The court heard that on that day, Sibindi held the complainant by the shoulder and attempted to fondle her breasts again telling her that she was beautiful.
Ms Matshe told the court that the complainant managed to escape and ran outside.
She said that eventually led to the complainant reporting the case to the police leading to the arrest of Sibindi.
The incident comes hardly three months after the same schoolhead had been arraigned before a traditional court for allegedly causing hysteria attacks on pupils.
According to sources pupils at the school who were suspected to be attacked by goblins would shout the headmaster's name demanding blood.
