Newly elected MDC-T candidate dies

The Movement for Democratic Change (MDC-T) led by Prime Minister Morgan Tsvangirai has suffered a huge blow in Matabeleland South after an official who won primary elections died this morning.
Jabulani Dube is said to have collapsed at his Insiza home, Bulawayo Dialogue reported.
He was rushed to Gwanda Hospital but died on the way.
Party provincial spokesperson Watchy Sibanda said the party is in state of shock.
"We are shocked by the death of Dube" said Sibanda.
"Dube had just won primary elections and was looking forward to representing the party in the upcoming elections," said Sibanda.
Dube was MDC-T Insiza secretary organising secretary.
Sibanda said more details will be announced in due course.
