Man boast of his sexual prowess, remanded for statutory rape

AN Insuza man will live to regret the day he boasted of his sexual prowess to his friends as he has been dragged to court for having sex with a minor.
Sindiso Ncube, 18, allegedly proposed love to a Grade Six pupil aged 13 and she agreed. Dube then allegedly went on to have sex with the girl.
The court was told that Dube later on boasted to his friends who decided to report him leading to his arrest.
Appearing before Bulawayo magistrate Gladmore Mushove, Dube, a neighbour to the complainant, pleaded not guilty to the charge of having sex with a minor.
He was remanded in custody to today.
The court was told that on November 13, Dube went to the complainant's homestead at night as she had accepted his love proposal.
He allegedly proceeded to the complainant's bedroom where he found her asleep with three cousins and located her using his cellphone torch.
The girl woke up and agreed to have sex with him, the court was told.
A few days later, Dube allegedly told his friends about the incident and they went on to tell the complainant's grandmother leading to his arrest.
The girl was taken to St Luke's Hospital for medical examination.
