Man rapes Grade One niece

A 22 year old Nkayi man, Kelvin Ncube shocked a Bulawayo court when he held that his six year old niece consented to having sex with him.

He has been denied bail to December 30 after admitting to raping his Grade One niece.

Ncube arrived at the complainant's home, opened the bedroom door to her sister's bedroom door after being told she was home alone.

He raped his niece who later told her mother what had happened when she returned home.

She reported the matter to the police who then arrested Ncube.
