Businessman sends his manhood to married woman via WhatsApp

TSHOLOTSHO businessman, who was facing charges of hoodwinking a married woman into a sexual relationship by sending her a picture of a male organ on her cellphone via WhatsApp, had every reason to smile when he was spared jail agony.

Nkululeko Ndebele (38) of Efusini, Tsholotsho and proprietor of Mzansi restaurant, who was allegedly obsessed by his neighbour Thembeilni Mlambo's wife Eunice Nyoni, thought by sending a male organ to Nyoni, which he claims was his, he was going to win over the woman.

According to BMetro, things went horribly wrong when Nyoni's husband (31) stumbled upon the indecent picture.

He went and reported the matter to the police leading to the arrest of Ndelsele.

He was later dragged before Bulawayo magistrate Mr Witness Midswa to answer charges of violating section 26 (1) (a) of the Censorship and Entertainment Control Act Chapter 10;14 which criminalises possession of an indecent picture.

Ndebele pleaded guilty and was convicted and sentenced to two months imprisonment with an option of paying a tine of $200.

In addition two months imprisonment was suspended for three years on condition of good behaviour. the State proved that Ndebele, who was apparently having sleepless nights, woke up at around 1am and sent a picture of a male organ to Eunice on her cellphone via WhatsApp.

He claimed the image was of his organ.

Nyoni's husband who wanted to use her mobile phone stumbled upon the offending image.


Upon being questioned, Nyoni denied knowledge of the picture leading to heated misunderstanding between the two parties.

Mlambo who suspected that his wife was cheating on him with Ndebele took the image to the police leading to the arrest of Ndehele.
