More babies than adults die in Gwanda - Report

More children than adults are dying in Gwanda due to HIV/AIDS related illnesses, a report by the municipality has revealed.
According to council minutes more babies than adults are being buried at Mt Cazalet cemetery, a situation that is worrying city fathers.
Most of the children are reportedly succumbing to illnesses related to HIV/AIDS.
Matabeleland South province has the highest HIV prevalence rate in the country and almost 60 000 people are on Anti retroviral drugs (ARVs).
