A TRADITIONAL and spiritual healer from Victoria Falls, Stella Katerere Dlamini (49), claims she has the secret to end the country's economic challenges. Katerere, who goes by the spiritual name Dr Hwesa Machena Manake, said she had a spiritual guide for the country.
"I have a spiritual guide for the country and the world to save it from collapsing because the country and the world need immediate spiritual and cultural solutions", she said.
"Yes the spiritual aspect has been covered by a lot of churches but the cultural aspect has been left out. Culture is necessary as it moulds individuals from birth and guides people to reach out to the creator," she added.
Katerere said people should kneel down on daily bases facing the sunrise direction without shoes and thank their ancestors and the spirits of the land like Mbuya Nehanda. She also warned that people should ask the spirits to connect them to God because without the ancestors "we are nothing".
"I had a vision from God which came as a calling. The spirits showed me that there will never be a solution to the nation's problems until the ancestors have been appeased. Problems such as climate change, recession, political fighting, satanism and corruption will not end until we go back to our traditional ways and face those problems the spiritual way", said Katerere.
Before she became a traditional and spiritual healer, Katerere was a renowned businesswoman. She owned a lodge in Victoria Falls and won three awards for the best lodge.
She had to stop running her business as she wanted to fulfil her calling. She divorced her husband as he did not appreciate that she had a calling. Katerere has been a healer for the past 10 years.
