Female cop in trouble over derogatory messages

A senior cop based at Ntabazinduna has dragged his ex-girlfriend, whose is his subordinate to court accusing her of sending him nasty messages over the phone.
Temptation Muchecheti (24) also based at Ntabazinduna is said to have insulted his ex-boyfriend Inspector Kudakwashe Nyamuziwa through a text message early this year.
According to the State case Muchecheti sent the denigrating message saying the complaint was a useless person who did not own anything even an underwear prompting Nyamuziwa to seek intervention of the law.
But Muchecheti denied the charge when she appeared before a Bulawayo Court last week facing charges of violating the Telecommunications Act. In her defence she argued that the fall out with Nyamuziwa was a result of a love affair which had turned sour.
Muchecheti was yesterday remanded out of custody pending her trial today.
