Kembo Mohadi denies intimidation allegations

Home Affairs minister Kembo Mohadi yesterday refuted allegations that he intimidated an employee of AfricOil Petroleum, a company with plans to invest in the fuel story in Beitbridge.

Mohadi noted this in his submission to oppose an application to interdict him from interfering with liquidator of Red Queen Investment, Babra Lunga in executing her duties.

The matter was argued in Justice Martin Makonese's chambers at the Bulawayo High Court.

Lunga, the liquidator of Red Queen Investment, Spoornet Investment and Nerry Investment in which the minister is a shareholder was represented by her lawyer, Welshman Ncube.
