Gweru makes available residential stands

The Gweru City Council has made available for sale ten (10) residential stands in Northlea to people who are on the Council's housing waiting list.
According to an advert in today's newspapers, the stands sizes range between 1,955 square metres to 3,656 square metres and will cost between $15 920.20 and $29 280.70.
Prospective beneficiaries should be on City of Gweru's housing waiting list. They are also expected to pay 50% of the total cost as deposit and the balance to be cleared over a maximum period of six months. This offer is only open to prospective beneficiaries that do not own any other house in Gweru.
