Thief who broke in Filabusi prosecutor' s house arrest

A thief who broke into the Filabusi senior prosecutor's house and stole a laptop containing vital documents has been arrested.

The prosecutor victim of the break in Jethro Mada has confirmed that the thief has been arrested though he did not disclose their names indicating that he has since recovered his gadget following the arrest of the suspect.

"Two weeks ago I announced on this platform that someone broke into my residence and stole my laptop," he said.  

"I'm glad to announce that the long arm of the law has caught up with the perpetrator. I have recovered my laptop and the thief is in police custody. Thank you all for your prayers and sympathy."

He could not reveal when the suspect will appear in court.

Cases of house breaking and theft in Filabusi are reportedly on the increase and the sad development is that now the thieves are targeting the houses of the law enforcement authorities like the prosecutors and the police.
