Cross-border shopper collapses, dies at Beitbridge border post

A 46-year-old cross-border shopper from Bulawayo collapsed in the Beitbridge border post on Sunday morning and died on admission at the Beitbridge Hospital.
Eyewitnesses said the woman was restless when she was taken to the Port Health Authority after collapsing.
When put on the ambulance stretcher, the woman who wriggled throughout vomited some greenish stuff .
She succumbed to her sudden ailment as nurses at the hospital tried to resuscitate her.
"She gasped and breathed her last in the emergency ward," said an eye-witness.
Her name has not been released as yet, but she arrived on a Bulawayo-bound bus.
