Man stabs neighbour for trying to quell fight between him and his wife

A man from Plot number 7 Villa 3 Sibharo farm Arda Balu Umguza was dragged to court after stabbing a neighbour who tried to stop a fight between him and his wife.
Austin Ncube (31) was not asked to plead to assault charge when he appeared before Bulawayo magistrate Charity Maphosa.
He was remanded in custody to August 5 for trial.
The court heard that on July 20 2015 at 8:40pm Ncube was assaulting his wife Talent Ndebele when the complainant Thembinkosi Sibanda a neighbour tried to stop him.
Ncube allegedly stabbed him three times with a knife once on the stomach, once on the right elbow and once on the right shoulder.
He sustained deep cuts and made a report to the police leading to Ncube's arrest.
