Man rapes 14 year old cousin, begs to marry her

A 21 year old Binga rapist- Phineas Zulu pleaded with a magistrate to allow him to marry his 14 year old cousin whom he had raped.

Zulu said he deeply loved the 14 year old.

"Your worship, please forgive me, I am willing and ready to marry my cousin sister because I love her.

"Instead of sending me to prison, may this court to be lenient with me as I have offered to marry the complainant".

However, the magistrate Dambudzo Malunga sentenced Zulu to 19 years in jail.

The court heard hat on April 9 this year, Zulu followed his cousin to the fields and proposed love to her.

She turned him down.

However, Zulu offered cash but also rejected. That angered him and forcible removed her skin tight pants and raped her once.
