'I'm allegic to condoms,' man tells wife in court

A Nkayi woman Sithabiso Nxumalo want out of her marriage as her hubby Mbuso Nxumalo claims to be allergic to condoms.

Mbuso is a cross border transport and Sithabiso fear contracting deadly HIV.

Sithabiso said she came across pictures of undressed women on Mbuso's mobile and a string of text messages of a 'love nature.'

"This man wants to kill me with his AIDS because he love women so much. I have come across a lot of love messages on his phone and I have seen indecent pictures of different women on his phone," she said.

"When I ask him he becomes angry and starts to shout at me. After that he hit me with clenched fits."

"I am fed up with him and no longer interested in the marriage' she told magistrate Stephen Ndlovu.

Mbuso said: "I am allergic to condoms because if I wear one, my thing develops rush and get swollen."
