Man burns house, beats promiscuous wife

AN irate Nkayi man - Gabrial Mudzingwa - severely assaulted his wife and burnt down their homestead accusing her of being promiscuous.
"Your worship, this woman does not respect our children and l. whenever I am away she brings men over while the children would be watching.
"She has developed a tendency of refusing to sleep with me claiming she is sick," said Mudzingwa before magistrate Stephen Ndlovu.
His wife, Sinokuthula said his hubby want to kill her.
"He wanted to burn me inside the house but I escaped through the window.
"I believe something is wrong with him because he usually forces me to engage in sexual encounters with him in the presence of our children. At times he goes around the house dangling his manhood with the children watching. When I tell him not to do that he becomes harsh."
The magistrate ordered Mudzingwa to undergo mental examination and remanded him out of custody to 30 September.
