Mbembesi man arrested for driving public vehicle without licence

A man from Mbembesi who was caught red handed driving a public vehicle without a driver's licence has been arraigned before the court.
Ngabaza Wellknown (31) was not asked to plead to the charge when he appeared before Bulawayo magistrate Batanai Tuwe.
The magistrate remanded him to September 30 for trial.
The court heard that on September 16 2015 the accused was found by the police red handed driving a Granvia car registered as a public transport.
When the police asked him to produce his driver's licence he failed leading to his arrest.
