Drunk juvenile attacks school boy with a stone

A juvenile name withheld allegedly attacked a school boy with stones which coming from school resulting to him being injured on the mouth and losing a tooth.
The juvenile of Mtshane area in Inyathi Matabeleland North was not asked to plead to assault charge when he appeared before Bulawayo magistrate Tinashe Tashaya charged with assault.
The magistrate remanded him to October 1 out of custody.
The court heard that on September 22 this year at 5"30pm the boy was coming from school to his home when he met the juvenile who was in a drunken stupor and loitering and he attacked him with a stone hitting him on the mouth. The boy lost his tooth and sustained an injured mouth.
A report made to the police lead to the juvenile's arrest.
