Threat to seize Jabulani Sibanda's farm

Axed former war veteran's leader, Jabulani Sibanda's farm in Nyamandlovu, Matebeleland North, is under threat of seizure by Zanu-PF supporters unhappy with his continued attacks on the party.

A takeover of Sibanda's farm would be ironic given that Sibanda was a significant player during the invasion by war veterans of nearly 4500 farms previously owned by white commercial farmers in 2000.

Sibanda confirmed that the issue of repossessing his farm had been "brought up" in the corridors of power in Zanu-PF in Matebeleland.

Other former party stalwarts also face the threat of losing their farms after being kicked out of Zanu-PF.
