Man takes mother-in-law as second wife

It seems many women dread the day they begin to slip into their mother-in-law's ways,some men secretly pray for a day or two to have a feel of their mother in law ‘s flesh.

Wonder no more because this has actually happened in Gokwe where a man defied social norms and allegedly married his mother in law claiming it was payback for his wife's poor performance in bed. Levison Zindoga from Siyaurombe village in Mutimutema area reportedly claimed that he found his mother in law, Eunice Murefu exceptionally good in bed than his wife Chipo Ncube.

The incident was confirmed by Chief Neshangwe who described it as a shock. Zindoga always complained that his wife was lousy in bed.It is alleged that when the sex starved Zindoga visited his mother-in-law and told her of his woes, the latter exploited the opportunity when she suggested the he should take her as his second wife.

It is reported that Zindoga consented to his mother in law ‘s suggestion .On "testing" whether she could quench his sexual desires ,Zindoga reportedly went ‘mad' in bed when his mother-in-law allegedly gave him the best of his life.

After the initial act the two reportedly became an item much to the anger of Zindoga's wife.The seemingly sexually satisfied Zindoga red-carded his wife claiming he was no longer emotionally connected to her.The deserted Chipo reported the matter to Chief Neshangwe to have the two reprimanded for their actions.

Contacted for comment Chief Neshangwe said during the court proceedings Eunice threatened to commit suicide by downing a pesticide if he ever ruled against her marriage to her son in law. Zindoga also shocked the gathering when he said he was prepared to have his mother in law as his second wife and pay lobola for her.

Chief Neshangwe postponed the matter to allow the two families to first talk over it and come up with an appropriate measure to be taken against the two parties.
