Victoria Falls council unveil $50 000 residential stands

Victoria Falls Municipality is availing residential stands with a market value ranging from $32 000 to $50 000 under its "Beneficiary Pays Scheme".
The stands size are between 2000 square meters to 4 000 square meters.
The number of stands on offer was not indicated.
The earmarked location is Aerodrome low density.
"Beneficiaries will be required to pay one third of the total cost of their stand or a minimum of $10 500 as initial deposit up front" said Town Clerk Christopher Dube in a statement.
"The remaining balance shall be payable over a period of 12 months."
Verification will be categorised in three parts.
"Those wit offer letters for the same scheme are invited to visit the office of the Director of Health, Housing and Community Services between 10th January 2016 and 30th January 2016.
"Those on council waiting list for low density are invited to visit the Director of Health, Housing and Community Services between 10th January 2016 and 30th January 2016.
"Members of the public with demonstrated capacity to acquire and develop are invited to visit the office of the Director of Health, Housing and Community Services between 10th January 2016 and 30th January 2016".
Dube said development of the stands will only begin once the initial one third payment was made.
