Mthwakazi Liberation Front has expressed anger of ZimPF Information Interim Committee Chair Methuseli Moyo's remarks in trying to defend his boss Joice Mujuru over her plans to visit Gukurahundi shrine in Kezi.

Mujuru last Saturday told her supporters in Gwanda that she will be visiting Bhalagwe in the near future as part of her meet the people rallies to under stand how the people feel and live.

But her remarks have been met with a serious backlash from the people of Matabeleland who accuse her of being part of the government that unleashed the fifth brigade soldiers to the region leading to the killing of over 20 000 people who were believed to be supporters of Joshua Nkomo and PF Zapu.

MLF spokesman Ndabezinhle Fuyane said Moyo should know what people of Mthwakazi wants done about the Gukurahundi issue. Mujuru's going there won't ever heal the wounds created by Zanu-PF in the affected area. MDC came and went in the same name of Gukurahundi.

"Stopping Mujuru will change things as your boss (her) want to create an environment that will stir up the whole rot. Why do you think your party can do better and is there any guarantee that Mujuru will stand to answer unanswerable questions concerning our relatives," Fuyane said. "Shona led political parties want to take people for granted. This is just the joke of the day my dear. As much as you would want to know our status as Mthwakazi, we are a people with historical values which we cannot be fooled by any political party in such issues. Where was she all along? We don't want to see her there,to hell."

Fuyane said the only person they want there is the very one who will answer all and stand for his/ her genocidal tendencies.

"We don't appreciate your remarks Sir, it's clear and precise. If she was against the atrocities, why did she not speak out? She never said or show any remorse because they shared the same plate with Mugabe, now because she was kicked out she seeks to be accepted. She must not use our painful experiences as a campaigning weapon for her 2018 election," Fuyane said.

"She doesn't have us at heart. She belonged to this government but she said nothing about our marginalisation, our suffering and so forth. She can't fool us anymore. This is just a mockery. Our concerns have been trivialized and we have not been existing to this government. 'Moment of madness' with our lives."
