Man (36) rapes girl (12)

A man from Empumalanga in Hwange is in trouble after he sexually abused a 12 year old girl several times.
Patsen Tshuma (36) was not asked to plead to rape when he appeared before Hwange magistrate and was remanded in custody to November 8.
The court heard that sometime in May 2016 at 8pm Tshuma went to the girl's home where she asked her to get into the car. He allegedly started proposing love to her but she denied. He allegedly started caressing her on her thighs before grabbing her hands and removing her clothes and raping her. He then gave her $5.
Sometime in July this year he also called the girl' sister telling her that he was on the way to see the complainant.
He arrived at the girl's residence and called the girl into his car where he raped her. He again gave her $5. The offence was later discovered by the mother of the girl and a report was made to the police leading to the arrest of Tshuma.
