Man up for murder of neighbour over girlfriend

Man from Claremont Mine in Fort Rixon is in trouble after he allegedly assaulted him neighbour when he found him habouring his girlfriend.
Hloniphani Ngulube (35) was not asked to plead to murder when he appeared before Bulawayo magistrate Tinashe Tashaya. The magistrate remanded him in custody to November 29.
The court heard that on May 18 this year at Altyre farn in Fort Rixon Ngulube searched for his girlfriend and found him at the now deceased's place.
He then allegedly assaulted the now deceased several times on the head and once on the nose with an axe and stones leading to his death.
A report made to the police led to Ngulube's arrest.
