Churches vital in nation building

Churches must continue to accelerate nation building initiatives that ensure peace and the transformation of people's lives for the better.
The church remains a critical stakeholder in ensuring peace and stability prevails in any nation.
AFM's New Life Assembly in Chitungwiza took time over the weekend to embark on a clean-up campaign around Makoni Shopping Centre and held a march as a build up to their crusade which begins this Monday (23 October) to the 29th in Chitungwiza.
Speaking to the ZBC News, the crusade's coordinator elder Jonathan Murombedzi said it is high time Zimbabweans unite, come together and pray for the nation.
The crusade will run under the theme: 'impacting the Nations with the Gospel of Jesus Christ'.
