Prophet Angel claims miracle money is restoration of stolen cash

Prophet Angel yesterday denied he is creating money himself but has powers to restore stolen cash.
"We did not say we are creating money. The miracle, we have said is restoration. You lose $20, we bring it back into your pocket.
"That's where the miracle is....if you don't believe then its an issue of belief," he said
