Prophet Makandiwa challenges other pastors for a miracle contest

United Family International Church founder prophet Emannuel Makandiwa challenged other men of God who question his miracles to come for a miracle contest.
Makandiwa made his challenge on Tuesday at a press conference held at the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe. This followed a meeting between RBZ Governor, Dr Gideon Gono, Prophet Makandiwa and Prophet Uebert Angel of Spirit Embassy over Miracle Money.
In his statement of challenging other Pastors, Prophet Makandiwa said the only way of proving to other pastors that his miracles are from God was for him to have a 'contest'.
"When your eyes are not genuine whatever you see cannot be genuine, what we need is this, we are throwing a challenge, there are several men of God that God has called and anointed. We are not going to sit down and explain to them because explaining will not change anything. Let's show each other what we carry. We allow the anointing that we carry to be tested if there is a case which is different we bring it on board in front of cameras.
"We are open, let's meet men of God, let's sit down and let's see whether these things are real . We are available, we are Zimbabweans so let's see if the miracles are genuine. Inviting somebody to a meeting, trying to explain to him how a miracle happens and in this case him being a man of God, he is already there, he is already a Pastor, he is already a prophet. Now trying to convince him that a miracle is possible... who put him there in the first place?
"So we might try to do that but what we would encourage people is to invite us and allow us to do what we are capable of doing and show how the name of Jesus can perform wonders and miracles more than just explaining because we are now in the World of Intellectual people who reason, people who know how to defend their beliefs but we have gone past that level. We now believe in demonstrating what you know. What I would love is a situation where we can meet and then let's show each other what we can do that way it's better because people think it's rehearsed," said Makandiwa.
Prophet Angel threw his weight behind Makandiwa.
"Like what Prophet Makandiwa has said, to the impure everything is impure, to a thief everyone is a thief, to someone who is dodgy they think everyone is dodgy. I would be very comfortable if someone would come and say 'I don't really understand than to deny something that is taking place. It is an insult because it's there, It's happening. You can come and see it, we can be in your church and you will see it.
"But to try and deny a miracle that you see, that's religious murder, that's a crime. The problem that one is supposed to have is are e of God or of the Devil not to question whether the miracles are real because they are real...." he said.
