Will the soon-to-be-dead, the weak and the indecisive take action against WikiLeaks!

1. Now there came a man of the Pharisees whose name was Nicodemus, a member of the council. 2. He came to Jesus at night and said to him, "Rabbi, we know that you are a teacher who has come from God. For no one could do the miraculous signs that you do unless God were with him."

John 3:1‑2

….And now there came men of various political parties, members of the Cabinet. They came to U.S. Ambassadors by night and said to them "…Don't worry; my leader will die in five years" "…Please help us, we want economic stability" "…General So-and-So is a political general who lacks military expertise and experience" "…I hate January when school fees are due because they will approach me for donations" "…My leader is a weak political operator who does what the last person tells him what to do" "…My leader is a weak and indecisive man who listens to a foreign lady instead of the party heavy weights". Julian Assange – WikiLeaks. We can go on and on about the cables but the cat has now escaped. Someone is holding an empty bag waiting for answers, swearing to himself "How could they betray me like this?"

….In America, we trust?
For years and years Zanu PF has attacked, killed and starved people for what they called "betrayal to the West".  Thanks to WikiLeaks, we now know who is a stooge of the West. It must be very embarrassing for Mugabe to think that he has people singing with him the whole "Hondo-yeminda and Indigenisation crap policies", only to discover that these people actually despise him. So if his people don't believe in his bizarre policies, why should he expect us the public to believe anything they say? It could be time for Zimbabweans,

especially those in Zanu PF to realise that they have been taken for a big long ride with no sight of return anytime soon. Also it seems like WikiLeaks have come back to reflect some views that were shared by the group that belongs to the MDC led by Professor Welshman Ncube when the MDC split. Two ministers reiterated their points, now to the U.S., when they complained about a leader who listened to "Kitchen Cabinet" as they call it, rather than the party's national executive. It's funny how people prefer to be open to foreigners while they sacrifice their own brothers to political oblivion.

Why should we care?
I think we care because the people mentioned in the WikiLeaks are entrusted with national leadership and decisions to allocate its resources. We often get leaders feeding themselves and their friends because most of the time they are not what they say they are. Zanu PF destroyed farming in Zimbabwe under the guise of grabbing land from the West – the very same people they approach by the night to beg for money and the opportunity for their children to be educated in the West. Now, they are kicking out businessman from the West under the guise of indigenisation. This is not fair to us as ordinary people because WikiLeaks has exposed them as people who are driven by nothing other than sheer greed and the will to manipulate everyone in society for their own gains. Our leaders owe it to us to preach what they believe in and we should take lessons that will teach us ways of making our leaders accountable from the WikiLeaks.

As for lessons learnt!
The biggest lesson goes to the ordinary Zimbabweans who should realise that they are being taken for a ride. There are questions and petitions about new Land Rovers for Ministers going around now. In addition to that, it would be wise for people to demand to be led by people who are truthful to themselves and everyone they wish to serve. It's not too late for Zimbabweans as this could be worse if we were to compare ourselves with countries like Ethiopia, Liberia and Somalia amongst others who allowed their leaders to manipulate them while they accumulated massive wealth leaving their populations in extreme poverty. There are elections to be announced soon in Zimbabwe and Zimbabweans must take it upon themselves to punish unfaithful leaders by the using the power of the X.
