Masvingo land barons affected Victoria Ranch residents

The Ministry of Local Government Public Works and National Housing must take remedial action before a land developer called Remainder of Victoria Ranch fleeces more money from its clients (desperate home seeker).

This company is taking taking advantage of water crisis in newly developed suburbs of Vic Ranch, and forces these people to pay for BOREHOLE (Bush pump) water and also collects some rates (water charges charges) without the council's knowledge.

I know the urban council act does not provide for any company to collect rates on its behalf except for a registered debt collection company.

It has opened account with Z.B. Bank, a/c No' 4407094505200, a/c name - MUNICIPALITY OF MASVINGO in they allegedly misrepresented desperate Masvingo city Council and Zinwa.

These parastatal are failing to pay workers' salaries because of these cash leakage to land barons.

Residents and stands owners have bought their stand at fixed prices with their hard earned cash but unfortunately they are still being to be siphoned more money without any LAND DEVELOPMENT taking place. The is also a rumours  that these land barons are saying stands occupants must pay the sum of $200 per household for door to door tape connection, however a small area have have been serviced water connection.

I dont know how would the majority with unserviced stand will benefit as they are being forced to pay that $200. These areas does not even have roads, water and sewer connection. Construction vehicles hired by stands owner are struggling even to furry building materials but these land barons are cruising in top range bought with money paid by urban home seekers but failing to service their stands.

The ZIM-ASSET cluster is aiming at building more than two million houses by 2018, but how can be achieved if these land barons continue defrauding house builders
