'Spill Blood' Mujuru sweeps graves of 2008 victims whilst preparing to spill more blood

The crass of Mai Mujuru's political cynicism and hypocrisy is breath taking!
She was in Gutu, Masvingo province, where she visited and swept the graves of some MDC supporters who were murdered in the country's wanton violence of the 2008 elections. She commiserated with the relatives of the dead and told them of her own late husband, General Solomon Mujuru, untimely death at the hands of the same murderous Zanu PF regime. What is shocking here was that she considers herself a victim of the regime instead of being one of the regime's principles!
"Violence and atrocities in Zanu PF are carried out by a few well-trained people. The majority of party members would not even be in the know of what would be happening," she said.
This is nonsense! Zanu PF has murdered over 30 000 innocent Zimbabweans in its 37 years in power in pursuance of the satanic objective of establishing and retaining the de facto one-party dictatorship. It is inconceivable that all these people would be murdered and no one would know! Even those who were murdered and their bodies were disposed of, still their relative know their loved ones disappeared.
Even if one was to accept that she did not know of the murders at the time; the question remains, what did she do when she finally learnt of the existence of these murderous squadrons? Nothing, that what!
Mai Mujuru knew of the Zanu PF vote rigging and sponsored political violence and said nothing because it all served her selfish political interests of staying in power. She was in power for 34 long years thanks to Zanu PF's ruthless imposition of the no-regime-change mantra!
It was only after she was booted out of Zanu PF and was desperate to get back on the gravy train that she suddenly remembered the victims of Zanu PF's violent past. She, cynically, swept for the dead whilst plotting the death of new victims!
It is no secret that Mai Mujuru has been wooing war veteran thugs like Jabulani Sibanda to join her NPP. The same murderous thugs who shed the blood of the victims whose graves she swept. The rat race is on who Sibanda and the rogue war veterans will be working for the 2018 elections.
MDC-T VP Nelson Chamisa is also actively wooing the same disgruntled rogue war veterans like Sibanda to join MDC-T. Chamisa has promised the war veterans, an MDC-T government would pay them the allowance the Zanu PF government is failing to pay. An MDC government has also promised the securocrats top brass would all keep their jobs and generous salary and allowances.
Both Mujuru and her NPP and Tsvangirai and his MDC-T are itching to contest next year's elections although not even one reforms was implemented since the last rigged elections. They know Zanu PF will rig 2018 elections just as easily as the regime rigged the 2013 election and, if push comes to shove, will resort to the same violence as happened in 2008.
"We will protect the voter and defend the vote!" Is the new slogan in the opposition camp of whom Mai Mujuru and her NPP and Morgan Tsvangirai and his MDC-T are the dominant players.
When the wanton violence broke out in 2008, Tsvangirai made a mad dash for cover in the Netherlands Embassy whilst the rest of the MDC leaders went into hiding within Zimbabwe and beyond. They left povo to face the music of all Zanu PF thugs could dish out alone. Millions were harassed, beaten and/or raped. Over 500 were murdered in cold blood!
Mai Mujuru's liberation war name is "Teurai Rope" (Spill Blood). She did not get the name for her good looks, she did spill blood during the war of liberation and, as we know, played her part in spilling even more blood after independence. She is desperate to get back on the gravy train, so desperate is she, she has no qualms spill even more fresh blood just to get back into power.
It must be made emphatically clear here and now there is no excuse for anyone in the opposition camp to contest next year, 2018, elections. Mai Mujuru, Morgan Tsvangirai and all the other opposition politicians know that not even one of the democratic reforms agreed after the 2008 elections as necessary to stop Zanu PF rigging elections have been implemented. They know without the reforms there is no way the next elections will be peaceful, free, fair and credible.
Yet Mai Mujuru, Tsvangirai all the other opposition politicians are all tripping over each other to contest the flawed elections for three reasons:
1) They know Zanu PF will rig the elections to win the presidency and the two-thirds majority but will also allow the opposition to win some seats, give-away seats to encourage the opposition to contest the elections and thus give the process some modicum of legitimacy. It is these few seats that the opposition are after!
"The worst aspect for me about the failure to agree a coalition was that both MDCs couldn't now do the obvious – withdraw from the elections," explained David Coltart in his book as to why MDC contested the flawed elections in 2013.
"The electoral process was so flawed, so illegal, that the only logical step was to withdraw, which would compel SADC to hold Zanu PF to account. But such was the distrust between the MDC-T and MDC-N that neither could withdraw for fear that the other would remain in the elections, winning seats and giving the process credibility."
2) Mai Mujuru & co. are so desperate to get back on the gravy train they do not care that their taking part in the elections is giving the flawed and illegal electoral process legitimacy and thus help perpetuating the dictatorship.
3) And, most important of all, they do not care that by contesting the flawed elections they are putting the security and even lives of povo at risk and, to add insult to injury, are closing the door to political change. With no political change, there can be no meaning economic recovery and thus an end to the economic hardship of 90% unemployment, millions living in abject poverty, etc
