Emmerson Mnangagwa was poisoned because he says so

Mpoko as a vice President must know that there is something called Patient-Doctor confidentiality. Mugabe could summon the doctors to his offices all day but under no circumstances will the doctors share Mnangagwa's healthy information unless he Mnangagwa gave a written consent to his doctors that they can share his illness with Mugabe. For ethical reasons, Mnangagwa's doctors can talk medical lingo but will not share anything.

I forgive Mugabe because he has a thick head and will never get it. This is a man who claims to have seven undergraduate degrees—why would someone stay in college to get seven undergraduate degrees? This is telling, why didn't he go for Masters or doctorate during the time he was going around studying seven undergraduate degrees. Now look he is asking someone else's health records and try to discuss them at a political rally, really? And this is our President.

Why did Mugabe invite the doctors? Did Mugabe have to discuss Emmerson Mnangagwa's health at a rally? Mnangagwa has his medical records and he, his family if he shared and his doctors are the only people who knows the truth. Mpoko can heap threats to him for political expedience but it will never work. The man is reported to have gone through surgery to remove traces of poison and that is a fact. You can't issue threats to hoodwink the masses or intimidate Mnangagwa but as the man said himself, "Zvese zviri kutaugwa zvichapera kana nyaya yaakusvika kumagumo (everything being said and happening now will soon be over"

Mnangagwa put a public statement to set the record straight about consumption of ice cream from Gushungo dairy not poisoning. Nowhere in his statement does he make reference to poison. I am not sure why Mpoko will infer that Mnangagwa made a public statement saying he was not poisoned. Is there something I am missing?

Mnangagwa was very clear in his statement stating that any reference of him eating ice cream was being peddled by his detractors with an intended goal of creating a rift between him and the President. He never said he was not poisoned: please reread his statement at:

ED dismisses Gushungo Dairy ice cream claims

As for the claims of dividing the country along tribal lines I say that is absurd; Mugabe knows it. Soon after independence, I remember the late Edson Zvobgo telling Mugabe to leave his security details behind when he visits Masvingo because Masvingo was a One Party State Province and Mugabe had nothing to fear and did not need protection.

So what was wrong in Mnangagwa saying, "Masvingo is the best province…." We have always voted for the comatose ZANU PF even if we continue to be ignored, ridiculed and castigated. Where was Mpoko when Matabeleland was cleaned by MDC? We the people of Masvingo are happy with our standing and will not be ashamed to stand by our own kith and kin. It is not tribal but community.
