Constitutional provisions allow Mugabe to fire anyone, it is you who voted for the new charter so keep quiet

I'm very surprised with social media reports people complaining that what Mugabe did was wrong; in fact it is us Zimbabweans who are wrong because Mugabe did everything within his mandate.
You need to be reminded that Mugabe is the Head of State and Government, secondly Mugabe is the Chief Commander of the armed forces, and he has the right to fire anyone anytime without any restrictions.
When MDC was debating constitutional provisions, they were relaxed in those luxurious hotels in the name of COPAC.
Busy drawing hefty allowances and they never checked some of these clauses, because they were all worried about their pockets, my question is then why do you cry foul today? The Elton Mangomas, Mwonzora and Tendai Biti are the ones who endorsed the new charter.
On this one President Mugabe is very right, I know most of you will label me a but what is important is to write things objectively without any partisan interests.
You see why do you wait to complain when you were given the chance and you failed to utilize it? We had strong legal brains like Obert Gutu, Douglas Mwonzora, Paul Mangwana, Patrick Chinamasa and Tendai Biti, they were all relaxed and they were made to believe that the new charter will benefit them either way in future in their succession political battles .
Even if Mugabe appoints Grace Mugabe tomorrow to serve as his Deputy everyone should keep quiet because the constitutional provisions do not bar Grace Mugabe from becoming the State Vice President of this country.
What we should therefore analyze is that there were clauses which were not done in a proper way to safeguard the interests of the whole nation.
I was going to be worried if these appointments and sacking of the VP was going to be done outside constitutional laws.
The same draft was used to fire Joice Mujuru and the same document has been used to fire ED.
For now Jonathan Moyo is celebrating but remember tomorrow it may be him, because so long the draft still stands he can be a victim in future.
In America for one to be fired it has to go through the senate and debated and this was supposed to have been in the new charter.
ED having presided over the new charter he should have fought hard for this clause.
I've a problem with Zimbabweans they complain too much busy on the social media the whole day when Zanu PF is out there strategizing on how to carry the day, and most of these guys who are on Facebook and twitter they are not even registered.
So how do you expect change? The issue of the new charter was open to everyone but these lawyers slept on duty.
In other countries you can't fire the deputy president, for example in Zambia the issue of running mate was considered, and President Lungu can't fire Ms Inonge Wina the Vice President because she was voted by the people and she was sworn in by the chief justice.
So what is this all noise about the firing of ED? ED was fired yesterday period that is their in house.
Our constitution does not have the provisions to question the President through parliament, it is silent on that one so its game over for ED and crew.
ED is the one who campaigned for one center of power through amendments at Zanu PF elective congress, thinking that when Mugabe leaves office he will use the same constitution to do what he wants, that is the same with Edison Zvobgo.
Those allowances were so sweet that each time we tried to engage these legal brains during the GNU-era they became very emotional, only to wake up with this one Centre of power both in opposition and ruling party (kikikikikikiki).
Before you sign these documents it is very important to come back to citizens. We should prepare for more casualties both in Government and ruling Zanu PF party.
We have been reading a lot about this issue of sacking the VP, nothing will happen, it is normal business every day. Mugabe has a mandate which he will complete in 2018.
Mugabe has mastered the art of politics, if he was a book I tell you people would read and read and get ready for final exams.
For those who are advising ED engage him and tell him to relax and never make a mistake of making emotional decisions.
It is high time he should just take a back seat and relax, remember Mugabe is in charge of the state apparatus and he can use the same provisions of the constitution to effect an arrest, so it is a very tricky situation.
Even if a coup was about to happen Mugabe has friends within the international community who can assist him to bring back order, so at the end of the day it is them those who would have initiated for a coup, will definitely lose.
For now it's a game over, Mugabe may appoint Grace even before the congress and then he will go to his annual leave leaving Grace in charge of the state decisions' remember the AU and SADC has provisions that do not recognize coups so it is difficult.
Automatically Grace will be in charge of both Zanu PF and Government till election time and then she will eventually contest or Mugabe will contest and then later hand over power to Grace smoothly, as long as it is within the provisions of our constitution.
Whether Grace or anyone has been appointed there is nothing that people can do, because it is within the provisions of the constitution because Zanu PF is the Governing party.
