The hunt for Jonathan Moyo is over

Today I had the liberty to listen to Jonathan Moyo's interview on BBC HARDtalk. My main reason for listening and watching the video was to try and figure out where Jonathan Moyo could be and it is as clear as the sun that Jonathan Moyo is in East Africa and particularly in Mauritius.
Half way through the video, clues started pouring in. To begin with it was the barking dog. For anyone who knows a little bit about dogs, you will tell that those barks are from some well taken care dog but not the security mean one.
The obvious clue then came at the end. The chicken crow sold out. The local time where Jonathan was can easily be figured out from the cockcrow sound. Definitely the time was around 3:00 AM and the Cockcrow was just indicating the arrival of the morning.
Looking at East Africa and the time the interview was done; Jonathan Moyo's location can only be in some rural Mauritius location. The Cockcrows are not a common feature of big urban cities.
He can't be in any other Eastern African country because then the time difference will not make sense. Only Mauritius makes sense and rural Mauritius for that matter.
