Bulawayo youngman's vision will make a huge difference

"Dreams can be brought to reality if right tools are handed to right minds". NQOBIZITHA SIBANDA a young man aged 28 from Bulawayo will make a huge difference in our society if he gets the support and help he needs. He has founded a community organisation called Game Changers Foundation Zimbabwe and will launch it first in Bulawayo and it will spread to other parts of the country.

Game changers foundation is a Christian organization which seeks to mentor and guide young people into becoming better individuals and future leaders. "The vision was given to me by God in line with the love He has for the people of this great nation. This organization is a multi ministry organisation which will work with every church and all other religious institutions. We desire to see a socially responsible community, one with tolarence for one another irregardlless of race, tribe, belief,culture,class and status. This can only be best achieved if we start by educating the young generation as they still have a lot to offer to our nation. The best that can be done for the youngsters and this great nation is to show them a better path to follow as the bible says in Proverbs 22:6 - Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old , he will not depart from it" said the founder.

"Our mission statement - To improve the lives of young people and enable them to become productive, responsible adults through life skills training, behavioral changing mentorship and biblical teachings. Vision - A just, peaceful, productive, socially responsible and God fearing nation. Our goals - are to reach out to young people of different cultures, faith and race throughout the country.

Give life skills coaching to young people through mentorship programs.

Teach youths sound Christian values and biblical ways which warrant social responsibility.

Teach young people how to relate with one another and address family problems whenever possible.

Host youth conventions and conferences throughout the country to equip youth leaders with requisite knowledge and wisdom so they can effect positive change on their peers.

This organization will address problems that include; alcohol and drugs abuse, child/teenage pregnancy, HIV and AIDS, gang involvement and gang related violence, family problems, crime, poor career choices, school dropouts, peer pressure, gender based violence, child marriages and pre - marital sexual activities. I therefore call upon Interested individuals who wish to do voluntary work for the organization, partner with us, sponsor or donate to make contact."

At the moment we are setting up a team of volunteers who wish to work with this organization. We want permanent members who will fill in positions in the organization. Interested and qualified individuals who meet the organization's requirements should make contact on the following details. We are hoping to employ 7 permanent staff members for a start. We are also looking for partners, sponsors and donations to carry this work forward.
