Xtreme Opinion to God This Week
Our Almighty God and Father in Heaven: on this Sabbath Day that thou hast created and sanctified for Believers to glorify thy name, in my unworthy filthy sinfulness, I approach thy Throne of Grace in pursuit of spiritual purity. I beseech thy divine wisdom, Father, as You instructed us in the Holy Book, to pray for our enemies. In taking a path of firm humility trodden by Your Holy Son Jesus, I know that power and wealth weaken our resolve to remain righteous. You cautioned us why it is easy for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than a rich man entering heaven. I pray those that have ruled us for thirty painful years, and still employ devious ways to enrich themselves, they confess their transgressions â€" only in fear of losing eternal life!
Holy Father, as we edge closer to the plebiscite, our mothers and sisters â€"who have borne the brunt of violence, primitive vengeance and repression, be insulated from those that hunger for ill-gotten power. Remove from their minds, the diabolic mentality that victory only comes when they quench their insatiable thirst for electoral blood, advancing the cause of selfishness at the expense of human dignity. Their voracious appetite for ill-gotten wealth tramples on the rights of the poor as they, in pursuit of power, embrace dripping-sword politics, subverting the good cause of humanity and vending it to the whim of satanic self-centred predatory greed.
That those resource nationalists and their overzealous disciples, with consciences intoxicated by crude entitlement - themselves adulterers, thieves, ritual murderers, liars, gluttonous materialists, racists, smugglers, tribalists, electoral cheats, polygamists, manipulators of the poor, war mongers, drunkards, wife-beaters, property expropriators, gamblers, slave wage payers, pedophilic perverts, human rights violators, shameless exhibitionists of largesse â€" should NOT amplify the sin of homosexuality only for personal gain. Brood of vipers! Jackals clothed in goatskins! Enlighten them! We have all sinned! There is no one sin greater than the other, no honour but disgrace in pointing to someone else's speck and leave one's eye molested by a log. Father, forgive them NOT because they KNOW what they do!
How long those that are innocent shall be persecuted for wanting to express themselves? How much more persecuted can your hungry children of Masvingo and Matabeleland be while those that seek to retain ill-gotten power spite the Good Samaritans of food and health relief? They call themselves leaders, but their hearts are obstinate as Pharaoh's. Disciples and anointed converts of Lucifer!
On this your Holy Sabbath day, Lord, I remember your innocent children who lost their lives at Bhalagwe. Strengthen the survivors and restore their respect in humanity. We remember those whose land was wrenched by hands of greed, families that continue to be displaced in pursuit of ill-gotten wealth. Communities impoverished by rulers who live for nothing except themselves. Father and Lord, we know those that have long hands dipping selfishly and shamelessly into our God-given resources of Marange. We pray that you curse and severe those cruel hands. Let their blood wash the tears of the weak whose rights have been trampled. As this evil dark shadow of greed and cruelty continues to engulf our country, cast thy Holy light to expose these deceitful rulers. We have trust and faith in you Lord, that for once, our nation will prevail over these evil soothsayers who claim that their leader is immortal in spirit! Self-serving purveyors of hateful politics that lie that what they take is to give to the poor, yet they stash only their personal granaries. Lord, thank you for your eternal love, care and wisdom.
Amen!
