The writing is on the wall for Zanu-PF Oldguards, but not just that...

The Zanu pf primary elections do not just reflect that people want change ,they are saying no to the same old faces that come with populist polices when it is time for elections.People want young leadership at the realm not these old dinosaurs that take people for a ride.

The primary elections in a way are showing a different landscape to the dynamics of Zimbabwean politics. Year in year out the old guard is good at narrating how they fought the war, how brutal the white regime was. Times have changed, global trends are changing and most countries are electing into office young leaders who resonate with the equally young generation. Why should Zimbabwe be left behind were we are stuck with people who don't seek progress but only power? The old leadership in place now should have followed Mugabe than seek more time in office.

What people need to appreciate is when you play a role you pass on the baton stick. Some of Zanu pf elders being booted out have participated in all elections and they have nothing at all to show in their constituency. That is the problem when people decide to see political office as employment yet it is for serving the interests of the people and the nation .

Zimbabwe needs energetic young leadership that will not sleep in Parliament like some of these people. Mutsvangwa must have seen himself as a bigger hero but now reality is sinking. You did well to remove one of yours, you should have gone further and stepped down but greed made you want more.

Chamisa is young and there is no way he can lose to an old man who has participated fully in the destruction of this once beautiful nation.

It is time to say bye bye to  the Zanu pf dinosaurs, this is time for young people to take Zimbabwe back to were it belongs. We have been lied to, given empty promises, talk of mega deals now what do they have to offer?

38 years in power is such a long time. What extra time do they need people?

Let us vote wisely.Let us think about our children whose dreams they are stealing.Zimbabwe belongs to each of us not Zanu pf so we have a right to elect our leaders. Leaders with integrity. Zanu pf's CV should read .
