Mutseyami unites Chikanga Dangamvura candidates and campaign teams

Chikanga Dangamvura Constituency  MDC ALLIANCE member of parliament candidate PROSPER CHAPFIWA MUTSEYAMI held a get together party for campaign teams in Mutare at Dangamvura Beithal yesterday.

Get together party was done to unify candidates and their campaign teams which were contesting  each other for Primary election so that they leave primary election mentality and move together as MDC Alliance members.

The event was a success as the defeated candidates and the winning candidates braced and congratulated each other.

Before the guest of speaker addressed, Chikanga Dangamvura District Secretary General Tenga thanked the winning and loosing team for their unwavering support for MDC Alliance President Nelson Chamisa.

"I thank you all for the love you have shown here. It shows you are real comrades who does not look on personal interest but of the party and the people of Zimbabwe.

"I urge you to remember these comrades who have shown unwavering support even though they lost  primary election, they did not abandon the party but have come here to keep on supporting  MDC Alliance."

After a powerful speech from the district Secretary General, Honourable Prosper Chapfiwa Mutseyami gave a very strong and a unifying speech.

He thanked Chikanga Dangamvura Constituency members for the love of the party and its progress.

"Thumps up to you all, it shows that we love the party and that you are ready to end poverty,  unemployment,  liquidity crunch and oppression by Zanu PF.

"Primaries are over, it is very important to come together and fight Zanu pf as United as we are so that we achieve our goal.

"Our enermy is not the people we were contesting with but Zanu pf which has caused poverty in this country.

"Let me not waste much of your precious time, but let me jumb into what we think will make the President, MPs and our Councillors win the upcoming election.

"We still need to do door to door campaigns and do some rallies telling people about MDC Alliance, President and its logo.

"Our logo is an open Palm with our President. We are using MDC Alliance not MDC T."

Mutseyami also urged the campaign team  to read and understand the MDC Alliance manifesto so that they can explain it to the people during the campaign.

"We should read and understand MDC Alliance Manifesto. We need to know what the manifesto says about education,  war veterans and old aged people.

"You have to tell people about free education,  grands and employment after education. You have to tell people that war veterans will be catered for, their welfare will be looked into and their children will be given school fees", said Prosper Mutseyami.

Meanwhile, Mutseyami and his team will be doing rallies in all wards in Chikanga Dangamvura, starting with ward 13, 15 and 17 today.
