Bid to get ex-wife's husband caged hit the brick wall for a Mvurwi man at Guruve magistrate court yesterday.
Raymond Moesi of Tara store farm in Mvurwi could not stomach seeing his ex-wife in the company of another man White White.
According to court papers on the 10th of January 2018 the complainant met White with his wife who was not mentioned in the papers but is an ex-wife to Moesi walking in a bushy area of Tara store farm, Mvurwi.
Moesi allegedly accused White of snatching his beloved wife after bearing three children together, The accused allegedly flew into a rage and assaulted the complainant with open hands.
Guruve resident magistrate Shingirai Mutiro acquitted White after Moesi failed to provide evidence of the assault.
Public prosecutor Miss Spiwe Makarichi represented the state.
