Clones of Morrison Nyati among us

Who is calling the shots here, the employee or the employer? Since when did employers dance to the 'baritone sound' of disapproval from the workers?
Public service salaries are a public secret why put effort to join a profession whose remuneration is not user friendly? Some even write the antiquated application letter where they 'beg to apply' for placement only to turn around and say the salary is 'too young'.
Its unfortunate that authorities have allowed themselves to be held to ransom by the same people who 'begged to apply'.
Its time workers are shown who is the boss. Indeed every worker needs a living wage but it becomes worrisome when after asking for a hand the employee wants the whole arm. Why should we kill the hen that lays the golden egg?
The employer is saying the cake is small so let's grow the cake so we can all have our fill at the feeding trough.
What is wrong with that? Of course we have some unscrupulous elements who want everything for themselves, those we must weed out and remain with honest workaholics. We do want masters but servant leadership. We do not need bosses but leaders who are all ears.
Leaders who listen to their patriotic citizens not 'fronts' bidding for those with hidden agendas. Remember those calling for not so much human rights may be calling for another monetary stipend, another new car and another house.
Zimbabwe is for us all, no race is more equal than others. The West want to pillage Zimbabwe. Clones of Morrison Nyati are among us.
