Zimbabwe's Cabinet approval of HIV/Aids transmission law repeal is irrational

The decriminalisation of HIV aids transmission is surely a violation of the rights of the victims and would be victims of that felonious behaviour. That is now going to give a green light to many who want to spread that disease.
Thus allowing the crime of grievous bodily harm (GBH) to to be perpetrated against another without the victims getting justice .
Law is meant to proscribe such an act from taking place. But this gesture by Parliament ,means that those who intend to spread HIV aids can do so unperturbed or without fear.
Whereas in the first world the deliberate infecting of another with HIV aids is prohibited, Zimbabwe has legalised it.
This is surely retrogression in our justice system. Parliament must have wider consultations among the members of the public, instead of relying on theories derived from certain individuals who are carriers of that disease and want to spread it without any control measures in place.
Just think of young people(both girls and boys ), they will become victims. Many old men and women abuse children by deliberately infecting them with the HIV aids disease.
This is not an unfounded statement because its always there in our newspapers. Parlianent has got to reverse its irrational decision on this issue. The reason that that causes stigmatisation is rubbish .
