The Annointed of the MDC

The claim by Welshman Ncube that he was 'annointed' by Tsvangirayi in the presence of Nelson Chamisa reveals the danger posed to democracy by the thuggish party. There is no part of the MDC constitution that refers to Tsvangirayi anointing leaders and all these fallacious claims by a Constitutional lawyer shows that the MDC is an unprincipled, selfish, intolerant, tribalistic movement of chances. Even if it were true that Welshman Ncube was anointed in a ritual held close to Chamisa such an act would be a no consequence as far as the provisions of the current MDC constitution are concerned. Was it at night and how was this annoying done? Maybe through parading Ncube nak*d in front of Chamisa?
The MDC deranged supporters not long ago accused Welshman Ncube of being a Zanu PF project. I remember a struggling to convince my parents in the rural areas that he was not a ZANU PF project. An exercise that I should not have done given how the same Welshman has gone back to the MDC with his tail between his legs. He and Coltart have not even once condemned the tribal and sexist abuse of Thokozani Khupe and the shrilling threats issued by the murderous Vanguard.
There is an arguement front by their motley of semi-literate lawyers that Chamisa has got the majority with him. People love Chamisa and not that Mundevere, these modern day Gukurahundi soldiers always remind their unsophisticated followers. The point has never been who has more supporters than the other it is how they believe they are above their own constitution. It is a conglomerates of lawlessness on steroids.
The court has rightly ordered them to follow their own constitution. When Khupe was called a dissident and escaped from the Gukurahundi cousins in MDC she formed her own party. Just like a wrongly dismissed employee can look for a job while her/his case is before the courts. There is nothing wrong with that. The courts have made a declaration on the issue. Thokozani Khupe is the leader of the MDC party. Like a thief who had stolen a car under False pretences. In this case Chamisa used a spooky will to appoint himself the inheritor of everything from Tsvangirayi. The court has declared the spooky will null and void and everything associated or born from it. I did not even waste my parents money doing law. This is pure common sense. Why must Khupe walk away from that victory?
The disrespect and disregard of the law must scare even the most ardent international funders of this thuggish outfit. Any judgement against them is met with disgrace and vulgarity. Judges are dehumanised and their supporters are taught that it's cool to disrobe our courts of respect and decorum. They have won court cases before and declared the courts righteous. They must always win even when they are wrong. The sickening appeal to the majority tag. Principles are not about how many people support a wrong deed. The Gukurahundi genocide was supported by the majority. The only difference between ZANU PF and MDC is that the latter is not controling8the levers of the Government so its using toy guns to intimidate the country.
