If devolution is implemented well with all minds intend on development, nationwide visible economic growth is within sights.
Every Zimbabwean province is rich in both human capital and natural resources.
Provincial blue prints and the way forward should be inclusive and transparent to avoid drawbacks and slowing down progressive synergies. Mash. Central has many underutilised water bodies, gold claims, good road network and a schooled population.
If its farming, I am lost for words. We have wonderful and able tobacco farmers, maize production is always in surplus plus plenty horticultural products.
The war of liberation saw protected villages put up in Mash. Central but it was not all doom and gloom because when the war ended most institutions in Chiweshe and Rushinga had been connected to electricity supplies.
Villages in Shamva and some parts of Mazowe North have piped water to this day. So, those selected to oversee devolutionary matters must consult widely before rushing to make decisions without consulting the majority stakeholders, the people.
With electricity available in most centres development can be pronto to all the people of Mash. Central Province. We need plenty vocational training centres, functional health institutions and capacitated small scale miners.
Schools libraries should have enough books and we need equipped high school laboratories. Devolution for development.
