False prophets are worsening the Zimbabwe situation
08 Jul 2019 at 08:29hrs | Views
May the 'dollar now' Prophets, politicians and the so called analysts stop prophesying, theorising and hypothesising about our situation.
All that we need is a commoner's life where we have affordable basic commodities, electricity and uninterrupted fuel supply. Witch hunting and finger pointing will only worsen our situation. We should come together and solve our problems as Zimbabweans.
This is the only country we have and procrastinating in forging unity will make our situation more dire and restoration a herculean task. Those celebrating and grovelling for more restrictive measures forget that we are in it together.
Poverty and shortages are plagues afflicting everyone despite which political party one is affiliated to. Power outages are hitting every town and city, not sparing the rural communities. Rather we discuss our differences away from darkness and on full bellies.
Noone will bring us pizza from outside, its us to make our economy rise and tick. The world has its own problems and as such assistance will be erratic. Those throwing spanners in the works and hoping for a scoop are not helping anyone. Great ideas and advice remain useless unless implemented.
Never cheer when a neighbour's house is under attack, you may be next in line. All hands on deck, let's build Zimbabwe and make it great again.
Devolution for prosperity.
