'The diamond loving Malawi prostitute' comment, an insult to Malawians

THE world over, freedom of expression is not absolute. It comes with responsibility as an unconditional model of freedom of expression can degenerate into anarchy. MDC-T adopted this model no matter how much it is trampling on the rights of other citizens. It is doing this under the mask of Baba Jukwa, a faceless Facebook page.
MDC-T cannot continue to bury its head in the sand. It is known that Baba Jukwa is not a Zanu-PF rebel but an MDC-T propaganda project being run by its intelligence unit.
MDC-T distributed cellphones across the country for its supporters to efficiently transmit anti-Zanu-PF diatribe. The intelligence unit usually spices the bits they receive from the cellphone users with utter lies, which some dim-witted and gullible followers swallow hook, line and sinker.
Nelson Chamisa fell short of unmasking Baba Jukwa during the unveiling of the party's manifesto in Marondera. "Iam going to tell you who Baba Jukwa is," said Chamisa.
Indeed he knows who he is because it is his party's creation.
Even the allegations of rigging and other electoral grievances that Mr Morgan Tsvangirai raises against President Mugabe and the Zimbabwe Election Commission expose the MDC-T's link with Baba Jukwa.
The complaints are based on the hogwash that Baba Jukwa circulates on the social network. It is the MDC-T's intelligence unit that cooks up and feeds its credulous leader with the gibberish, which is later packaged by the ghost facebook character as Zanu-PF's dirty secrets.
Baba Jukwa has so far insulted almost everybody in Zanu-PF and those associated with the revolutionary party. Nobody really took him seriously until recently when he directed his gratuitous tirade on the president of the republic of Malawi, Mrs Joice Banda. In Shona they say ukasekerera benzi uchigeza rinodya sipo (ungahlekelela uhlanya lugeza luyadla isepa).
The MDC-T has overstepped its boundary this time around. How can a party that claims it is for democracy insult the president of a neighbouring state just because she has associated with its rival?
For those who did not see the insults, the faceless ghost described President Banda as "the diamond loving Malawi prostitute" just because she supported the Constitutional Court ruling on the harmonised elections. For expressing her sincere feelings, Mrs Banda was branded as "greedy and evil." Her statement on the Constitutional Court ruling was equated to declaring the Zimbabwean elections free and fair before voting takes place. It is known that there are evil operations being hatched in Avondale and Lobengula to attack Zanu-PF members as well as those of the MDC if the later does not join the so-called grand coalition.
Solomon Madzore has already assured his leader that the brutal youths he 'misleads' were ready to shed blood this time around. At least the world is watching.
President Banda is the face of Malawi, thus insulting her is tantamount to insulting the whole nation of Malawi including those Zimbabwean citizens of Malawian extract.
Zimbabwe shares a lot with Malawi and its citizens contributed a lot to the development of this nation. It, therefore, pains a lot to be rewarded with insults after contributing so much to the development of this nation. President Banda is happily married and her marriage is far much better than that of the person who sanctioned the unwarranted insults. It is unfortunate that we still have some political parties being led by male chauvinists who believe that every woman is a prostitute. Such people have no place in a continent which is amenable to female leadership.
If the MDC-T was not a creation of the CIA, it would be advisable for president Banda to report the Baba Jukwa page to Facebook so that it is closed. Unfortunately, the page will never be closed because Facebook itself is a project of the CIA. Thus, both the MDC-T and Facebook are twin creations of the CIA.
Mr Tsvangirai has been threatening public media journalists whom he accuses of insulting him daily. If he knows how much it pains to be insulted by the media, he should be the last person to sanction an evil project that insults an innocent leader of another state. Mr Tsvangirai has been calling for media reforms, yet his party is very skilful in perpetrating what he is demanding to be reformed, albeit in a masked manner like Baba Jukwa. It appears it is the MDC-T's culture to vomit unedited utterances. Recently Tendai Biti, the party's secretary general, uttered foul language live on radio during an interview with a ZiFM reporter.
It also looks like it is MDC-T's culture to declare war on every one who disagrees with it. Apart from threatening journalists who were only mirroring what was happening in the political and social life of Mr Tsvangirai, a whole lot of other people have been threatened. Several times, the MDC-T has been threatening the security chiefs for allegedly being partisan.
For refusing to join a party that does not share their ideals, Welshman Ncube and Priscilla Misihairabwi have been viciously attacked.
Mr Tsvangirai threatened the chiefs with unspecified actions for their democratic right to support a political party of their choice. Democracy dictates that the chiefs, security chiefs, journalists and everybody else should make a free political choice.
It is Banda's democratic right to support any position, party or ideology of her choice without being subjected to such barrage of attack. Those who profess democracy must live it.
