Speaker Mudenda takes Mujuru's empty seat to officiate at the crowning of Mugabe as supreme dictator!

UNDER fire vice president Joice Mujuru had effectively become a president unto herself, controlling the country's economy and enjoying massive support among legislators, the Speaker of Parliament, Jacob Mudenda, has revealed.
Mudenda was promoted during the Zanu PF congress to fill the empty seat meant for VP Mujuru and he, on cue, starting singing for his super!
"Through corruption, extortion and systematic abuse of office, they even got to a point where then VP Mujuru and her cabal controlled the economy, thus defining a parallel centre of power which began to rival and countered the president," Mudenda told the congress and the world.
"… including attempts to convene cabinet and the politburo while he was away, against standing rules of both the party and government."
What he is doing is no different from all those false confession and testimonies against the purged pig Snowball by the terrified animals in George Orwell's Animal Farm. Even those animals who fought side by side with Snowball began to doubt their own memories under pressure to see Snowball as an enemy and not comrade-in-arms. Mudenda knew he had to denounce Mujuru as so he did; he stood up to endorse Mugabe's lawlessness and purge of Mujuru and all her supporters as proof of his own approval of what happened and loyalty to Mugabe.
History will not be so easily coerced, fooled and corrupted as Speaker Mudenda and the congress delegates. History will say Mugabe fabricated all these stories against Mai Mujuru to justify his own abuse of his power as State President. Why would Mai Mujuru want to use force to seize power when her re-election as VP was already assured? She had the backing of nine out of the ten party provinces behind her already.
Mai Mujuru and her supporters had already forced Mugabe to accept that the party should hold an elective congress. They were looking forward to this congress!
It is not for those who know they have popular support to seek to disrupt or short circuit the electoral process. However those who know they will lose in a straight vote, they will do their uttermost to disrupt the set process and what better way of achieving their goal than by declaring it "undemocratic", bus in their thugs to force elected officials out of office. And to be doubly sure that power remains firmly in the supreme leader's hands; change the constitution to cancel elections and grant him the powers to appoint and remove whoever he pleased whenever he please!
When I read Animal Farm all those years ago, little did I ever imagine I would be living the story; witnessing first-hand the lawlessness and suffering the mental paralysis born of fear of those in power and authority. What has Mugabe has done in the last few months is removes all pretence that Zanu PF is a democratic party; it is a corrupt and ruthlessly oppressive dictatorship with Mugabe himself as the all power tyrannical dictator as its lord and master.
