'Mnangagwa time to tell the truth'

Dear Mr Mnangagwa
Did you know that since you have been appointed Vice President, some people have given you a biffiting name ‘Mr Gukurahundi Mnangagwa'
This is your opportunity to set the record straight and stop the nonsense that Gukurahundi is a closed chapter. Millions of people wanted to know why they were wantonly slaughtered, they want to know when will justice and truth prevail, and they want to know the extent of your involvement.
Mr Vice President, President in-waiting, Sir, your colleague Mphoko has tried to explain his side of the story, even though it is still porous, but at least he tried, now it's your turn, to explain your involvement in Gukurahundi. Many, including myself, believe that you were architect of the gukurahundi genocide. Mr Soft wool, please tell the people the truth of the extent of your involvement.
No more cover-ups, people are tired and reaching boiling point now. No dilly dallying anymore people want the truth nothing but the truth.
It is the view of most gukurahundi genocide victims that Mugabe intends to bury the truth forever by appointing you a vice president of the country, knowing that you were complicit in the genocide.
Now it has become clear that Mugabe has appointed his CIOs as Vice Presidents to cover up and defend his interests, but above all for the CIOs to defend their interests, it is a win-win situation for Mugabe.
Mr Gukurahundi Mnagagwa, no more shedding of blood, enough is enough; do not even spill the blood of Ms Spill Blood. We know you thrive on vice. I and you know that you will not be able to control zanu pf when you eventually take over from Mugabe. You will be tempted to use your tried and tested measures which involve brutality, please don't even try it.
Many people will soon be coming knocking on your door demanding freedom, some will demand a fair vote, some will demand devolution of power and yet some will demand restoration. Don't be tempted to use your archaic measures of responding.
Peaceful political processes should in all instances be employed in engaging all different stakeholders.
Mr Vice President, Sir, this is your only window of opportunity to set the record straight, the window of opportunity will not last long, the long you leave this to people's imagination the difficult will be for you to come out and tell the truth. I hope to do not want to live in fear for the rest of your life like Mr Mugabe. It is uncalled for, therefore stand up right now and tell the truth. I cannot promise you that the people will forgive you for your involvement in the genocide, but it is worth doing it, not for yourself but for the people you abused.
You have alluded to the assertion that people who do not agree with you nor understand you are dishonest people, which purports that you are an honest person. To me an honest person tells the truth. Let me not pre-empty your response, let me wait for your response in whatever form or shape.
A response to the following issues will help the considerations: How many people perished during the gukurahundi genocide? Some say 20 000; but some say more than 100 000, which is the correct number? What happened to the reports of commissions of enquiries on gukurahundi?
Mr Vice President Sir, the world awaits your response.
Thank you.
