Was Gugurahundi really a Western conspiracy V.P. P Mphoko?

In his explanation as to why he said Gukurahundi was a Western conspiracy newly appointed Vice President of Zimbabwe P. Mphoko is said to have said that Gugurahundi was indeed a Western conspiracy in this article.
This left me with more questions than I have answers for and I would like him to answer these following questions if his soon to be busy schedule allows him. By calling it a conspiracy is he denying that Gukurahundi was the brutal killing of Zimbabwean civilians by Zimbabwe's 5th Brigade in mostly Ndebele speaking regions of Matabeleland and the Midlands in Zimbabwe?
Was the North Korean trained fifth brigade taking its instructions to summarily execute between 20 000 to 30 000 civilians from Western capitals? If so can V.P. Mphoko tell us who in those unnamed Western capitals was giving those instructions and how?
Did the fifth brigade also kill Zanupf supporters too? If they did not, were these Zanupf supporters people also part of the conspiracy?
Do you sir possess degrees in history? If not why not first pursue an academic career in 20th century history at any university and then write a PHD on Gugurahundi? If one can deny Gugurahundi then one not equally deny other mass murder events, was the genocide in Rwanda also a Western conspiracy? How about the mass killings of Communists, the decimation of native populations of the Americas, or the Atlantic Slave Trade? Were those conspiracies too sir?
Why were you absent at the 1984 ZAPU national congress were Joshua Nkomo mentioned all ZAPU Chief of staff members but didn't mention your name?
One of Africa's greatest sons, the patriot and revolutionary Amilcar Cabral, who led the people of Guinea-Bissau in their heroic struggle against Portuguese colonialism until his tragic murder in January 1972, left us with many invaluable lessons. One of these was his call to all revolutionaries to "tell no lies and claim no easy victories." Are you telling us the truth Mr Cde Vice President P. Mphoko?
